James W. Kyle | President | 
| James W. Kyle, President of Orion Capital Management, Inc., graduated from Wake Forest University in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He is a past member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Mr. Kyle has been President of Orion Capital Management, Inc. since May 1991. Prior to forming Orion Capital Management, Inc., Mr. Kyle was an independent floor trader on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He was a published research analyst and media spokesman for Merrill Lynch, developing trading strategies for Merrill Lynch clients in the S&P 500 Stock Index Futures and Options Markets as well as other futures products. He managed Merrill Lynch floor operations on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and filled orders for Merrill Lynch on both the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board Options Exchange. |

| George M. Palmer is Executive Vice-President for Wealth Management and a Portfolio Manger. He holds a BA in Economics from Parsons College, a JD from Atlanta Law School, and a MABS from Dallas Theological Seminary. George has more than 33 years experience advising and managing investments for individuals and institutions. He began his career in 1976 as an institutional bond salesman with Kidder Peabody & Co. Since then he has been a Regional Vice-President for the J.W. Seligman & Co. mutual fund family and a partner with First American Investment Banking Company, which owned and managed a “DJIA derivative” mutual fund. He also served as the National Manager for the Advanced Planning Group at Compass Bank, a large regional bank with offices extending from New Mexico to Florida to Virginia. Before joining Orion Capital Management in 2008, George was an Investment Executive at the Fifth Third Bank in Chicago. |

| Michael R. Denten, Director of Research and Personal Investment Advisor, graduated from the University of Tulsa in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Economics. Prior to his association with Orion Capital Management, Inc., Mr. Denten was an independent trader and broker on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He has a specialty in foreign currency trading which gives him an international market perspective. Mr. Denten has been associated with Orion Capital Management, Inc. since January 1996. |

| Stephen D. Cummings, Jr. is a Personal Investment Advisor. After attending the University of Arizona, Mr. Cummings began his investment career in 1991 on the Continental-American Trading Company’s trading desk at the International Petroleum Exchange in London. From 1992 until joining Orion Capital Management in 2007, Mr. Cummings was a member and market maker on the floor of The Chicago Board of Trade specializing in bond trading. Mr. Cummings maintains his exchange membership as a member of the CME Group. |

| Mark G. Lownds, a Personal Investment Advisor at Orion Capital Management, graduated from Harper College in 1971 with an Associate in Arts degree in Business and from Southern Illinois University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Social Work. In 1979, Mr. Lownds was certified as a public accountant by the University of Illinois and has been a Partner in Frank G. Lownds & Co., Certified Public Accounts, since 1977. From 1985 to 1992, he was also an independent floor trader and member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Mr. Lownds has been affiliated with Orion Capital Management, Inc. since January 1997.
